Palm Treo 700w / 700wx

Kyocera 7135 to 700W

I am getting ready to retire my "dinosaur" 7135 that I have had for 3 years. I am considering the switch to the 700W. I know that this may be a basic question, but how easy will it be to convert the address and calendar information from my 7135 to the 700W?
