those who deleted mp3 file and having problem setting mp3 as ringtone

just download any HIFI ringtone from T-zone
it will let u set a song as a ringtone

then u dont have to worry about downloading it again. just simply use ur mp3 files.
follow the step cloud225 posted here.
it will work now
