do u think that cingular is putting all of their razrs on the beggest sale yes is because they r planning on getting the v3i soon?

Actually it's probably due to the laws of supply, demand, and technology advances that the prices are going down. Keep in mind that the V3 is close to 2 years old. The majority of the technology used on the V3 has been surpassed a couple times over. There are many new phones on the market that surpass this phone in functionality. In fact the only reason now to get a V3 is for its looks. It doesn't offer anything else that other phones don't already have or have surpassed technology wise. Also look at Cingular's current line-up of phones. Most (if not all) the phones are newer and more advanced than the V3. Basically the V3 has run it's course. It's hard to sell a phone at premium prices when it doesn't offer premium functionality.
