The Cingular store here in Indianapolis will be selling it for $269 after $50 mail-in rebate (with a 2-year contract of course - add $50 for 1-year contract... a great deal!)

You can find the ad on compusa.com, but it's only good until 9 Sep 2006. And there is the apology/correction link all over this forum. You need to print out the correction and take it to a CompUSA store by then, to get a raincheck. I think they want you to order it, but won't have to pay for it until it's delivered.
