Bad news about the Q - Friends in VZW say it's aweful !

I hate to say this because you know I like new toys and I have been waiting like everyone else for the Q..
My friends in VZW have their Q's and have been testing for a few weeks.. The word is they are not happy at all..
The Cumbersome interface makes it impossible to use the phone. He told me tonight that dialing on it is horrid and you tend to make alot of mistakes.
The job wheel thing he complains is silly and depending on the app or page you are on, it's nearly impossible to control.
I am very very dissapointed.. The voice quality and speakerphone were decent as the new Moto's have improved and they do sound better but the overall design and usability stinks.
Well , looks like I am just going to have to wait for the Sams 930/990. Samsung has always delivered us reliable nice phones. Moto on the other hand, always tried something a bit different and usually does not nail it. I think they missed the mark big time !
It's all about making calls and getting Data and if the call making is cumbersome, it's over! And Over it is..

Might want to ask you friend if the device provides for speaker-independent voice dialing over the Bluetooth headset. If it does, a lot of the problems are surrmountable. The Treo 700w doesn't have it and it is a pain (the voice dialing does work without the headset, but is that how you want to use the phone?) I don't know about the other WM5 devices available like the XV6700.
I am 100% certain that RIM is working on adding this to the Blackberry line, but timing is unknown. The CEO told me, so the source is completely reliable. Don't know if this will apply to the 7130/8700 specifically, but my guess is that the latter generation devices will be covered.
As an aside, the SLVR doesn't have this feature which is beyond amazing given how...
