ALL V710 EXCHANGES POSTPONED UNTIL JUNE 18TH!!!
For all of those who are looking to replace the v710 with the Q, I just received this from the settlement administrator:

This June 18th Deadline applies to ALL participants (even the earliest participants who had the May 30th Deadline - such as myself)

how are people getting in touch with the claims administrator? I tried ringing VZW and they shakily pretended they knew "something about the settlement" and then literally hung up on me. outstanding customer service! I didnt see an email or phone number anywhere in this pile of legal cr*p - please provide legit confirmation that this extension is real.

I'll put a copy of my e-mail in with my phone and every thing will be OK. An e-mail is legally binding and will hold up in a court of law.
I do not know where to find global confirmation of a new date. All I know is what the administrator has told me in the E-mails.

That's great if you have an email, but the title of this thread ALL V710 EXCHANGES POSTPONED UNTIL JUNE 18TH!!! is very misleading.
The requests for extensions are being made on a case by case basis according to the attorney.

Can't wait for tomorrow 😳 ... the Motorola Q will be here soon hang in their i heard either May 24 it will be online.... or May 31st...No im pretty sure its the 24 - june 4 that it would be online then June 4th it would be in Stores...goodluck

Figures. I just Fedexed my v710 back today and bought a razr to use until the Q is released. This was probably more to help themselves out from being buried under an avalanche of phones coming in on the last day and them not being able to process them all and get the refund checks out within thirty days as the settlement requires.

Nope just went to a VZW store and am using the RZR now then sent the v710 back via fedex earlier today
