What are the advantages and dis of having the
touch screen like on the 700 w-p and others vs
no touch screen on the Q?

2. Can you do email with character recog. ie;
hand written via the email program?

3. What about placing the curser where you need

there are two many to list but to hit some key point on the Q you can only view office documents on the treos you can edit them.
the touch screen makes the phone two handed with the Q most things can be done one handed and the scroll wheel on the Q effectivly manages links, cursers and stuff
and as for the character recog... I don't think you can send via the email..

another thing I hate about the treo is how it turns off all the time and the keyguard on it drives me crazy the Q has a much better key guard and I really like the solid screen on the Q better

I can provide more links if you want but there are no editing programs installed on the Q outta the box. however there are 3rd party software you will be able to buy to make t...

Yes you are right I admit it, hopefully we can install the whole office mobile suite. this has got to be a very hackable phone. hopefully we can get into the 128meg flash memory not available to the user. Is there any self contained apps, some thumb drives offer programs that are able to be installed on the thumb-drive its self hopefully they can do the same with the mini SD. Don't know much about the thumb drive system though.
