To Whom this may Concern:
Here is my situation: I am part of the v710 Settlement, I have been patiently waiting for the Motorola Q to be released, and I have heard it will be released May 31st. My current settlement deadline is June 6th, and I want to ensure that I can exchange my v710 for the Motorola Q before the settlement deadline has passed.
I have heard claims that the V710 Exchange deadlines has been extended until June 18th.
1. Is it true the deadline has been extended until June 18th?
2. Will the Motorola Q be listed on the exchange site the day it is released (May 31st)?
