Push Email and Wireless Sync

I am hoping a Verizon rep or someone out there with knowledge can help me. Here is my situation, I currently have a Blackberry and use the Blackberry Webclient to push my POP3 email and use the automatic bcc function so that all emails that are sent from my Blackberry eventually end up in my Inbox in Outlook so I have a copy of all sent emails. It appears that you can set up Wireless Sync through some type of web-based client for a POP3 account and don't have to use the PC Monitor and leave a computer on. Does anyone know if there is a way to have sent emails either be automatically sent by bcc so that they end up in your Inbox or have the device when it syncs with the computer place sent emails in the Sent box? I don't care whether sent emails appear in the Inbox or the Sent box, I just need copies of sent emails to show up back on my computer in Outlook in some way. Any help would be appreciated.
