Just orederd my Q and got overnight shipping
For those having trouble Here is how I did it
I just called customer sales at 800-256-4646. Wait on hold forever but when you get some one - if they can't help you ask for extension 5615. This guy will get it done. (I got lucky and found someone competent over there.)
You have to get data package to GET Q SHIPPED TODAY.
(I got $110/month)
Also overnight shipping is 14.99.

you have no clue the two hours and the so many different transfers and issues i just had to deal with trying to order this Q from the exchange site and verizon was no help.. i even called this number up top and nothing.. no one knows what the hell they are doing at verizon just a bunch of idiots.. so if u cant get the guy up top get this guy and he will hook u up no problems..
get a hold of Leroy Smith ext. 8436 out of the Folsom, CA call station. he did a bang up job and when i got to him he knew about all the promotions and hooked everything up no issues.. so if u got a problem get a hold of him asap. cause i'm getting my Q tomorrow thanks to him.
