I currently use a Blackberry 7250, and I am trying to decide whether I want to switch to the Motorola Q. My concerns are with the handling of the e-mail.

The e-mail on my Blackberry works well. I set up my regular internet service provider to forward a duplicate copy of every incoming e-mail from my regular POP account to my Blackberry e-mail address (@vzw.blackberry.net). There was another option on the Blackberry site to have it probe the POP server itself. But since it only did this every 15 minutes or so, it was terribly slow. (And for outcoming e-mails, the Blackberry service knows to phony in my regular e-mail address so no one will know the difference.) The Blackberry site also has an option to have the phone vibrate different...

I also have the 7250 w/ verizon. However I pay a site/company called link2exchange.com. they host a email address [email protected]. All of my emails get forwarded to this one email. Whne it appears on the server it appears on my blackbeery. This is tru of contacts, emails, notes, calendar, etc.

This works great, I would never go back. This compaany works with windows mobile, palm and blackberry.

I swear by it.
