Pricing on V710 exchange site vs regular site

Well, like most of you I am a part of the V710 exchange program. I was patiently waiting for the Motorola Q to appear on the V710 exchange website, but when it didn't appear by this morning, I went ahead and ordered it through Verizon customer service (so I could return my V710 in time to qualify for the exchange). I recently checked the V710 exchange website and the Q is now posted with the following pricing options:

Exchange Site:

No agreement: $419.99
1yr agreement: $249.99
2yr agreement: $199.99

The pricing options I was given by customer service are as follows:

No agreement: $419.99
1yr agreement: $349.99
2yr agreement: $299.99

Basically, it looks like I paid $100 more by ordering it over the phone, and if I would hav...

One other note:

I should receive the Q by tomorrow morning, I am eligible for my NE2 discount on June 11th. Would it be easier to take it to a Verizon store and have them help me since by the looks of it they seem to be more helpful then the phone people?
