Programming the Q
Has anyone else had trouble creating profiles and editing rings on the Q. I know these functions are on the bottom of the importance ladder, but I like knowing who's calling without looking at the phone. I figured how to do, but I'm getting no sound while trying. Just wondering.

I thought the sound was dead too, but late last night, I must have been drifting off to sleep and let the phone sit for about 3 seconds while I highlighted a ringtone option. I was awakened by the sound of the ringtone.
So it looks to be just a slight delay for the phone to pull up the tone.

Still no luck with mine. I'll keep trying until I figure it out. May just swing by the store. Although last night it seemed as if only 2 employees knew they had the Q and none of them could figure out how to work it.
