Need Email Help - I'm using Instruction Manual, but I'm Stuck
I'm trying to setup access to my email account and when following the manuals directions I'm getting stuck. Please let me know what I'm doing wrong.
Manual says:
1. Press start>Messag>Outlook Email - No Problem
2. Select menu>Options>New Account - No Problem
3. Enter Email Address, etc. - No Problem
4. After entering email address it tells me to select the "NEXT" button/menu, but this is where I'm stuck... At the bottom of the screen there's a "CANCEL" choice highlighted and a "NEXT" choice, but it's NOT highlighted and you can't select it, so I'm literally stuck at this point.
I'm scrolled through all the fields, I've tried hitting the mouse and every other button I can think of to advance, but to no avail.
Can someone ...

make sure you have a valid email in there it'll stay grey till it has the @ sign.

Thanks. I figured it out! Duhhh,
I was entering my name as first.last
then entering @domain.com
For whatever reason my brain told me that this was how I configured the actual email address.... I went back and put my name in as "normal" then put in the full email address and the "NEXT" button is now available.
