Deleting Mail
I have been a treo 650 user and still learning the Win system on the Q. Is there a way to delete 'all' emails or do you ahev to do each one individually?

Yes - there is a way - i just found it:
"START" -> "Messaging" -> pick your account
RSK= "Menu" -> "Folders"
Highlight Folder with messages you want to delete.
RSK= "Menu" -> Delete All
This same path also allows you to pick which folders you want to sync, while leaving others out.

Excellent, thank you. How about syncing sub folders in Contacts from Outlook to sub folders in Q contacts? 😁

I had the same question for Moto Support.
They actually put me on hold while a whole team of them tried to work something out.
In the end - they couldn't figure out a solution. The guy recommended that I export the contacts I don't want out of outlook (into an archive folder) and then sync with Outlook.
I really wish they had the ability to sync subfolders ... I don't want all of my 1,000+ old business contacts on my phone
