Auto Send/Receive after email

Just upgraded to the Q from my 650. Is there a way to make the Q auto send after you write an e-mail. It sucks to have to go hit send/recieve after every e-mail and make sure it goes out of your outbox.

I asked the same thing to Moto support.
They told me you have to wait until your next sync, or to hit "send-receive" manually .
