V710 Exchange Site
Anyone receive their Q ordered from the site? I ordered it on the 31st and I still haven't even received confirmation of shipment and CC still has not been charged. This is unbelievable a company the size of VW doesn't have enough employees available to handle on-line orders!

I called yesterday to inquire about the status of the order I placed on the 31st on the exchange site. The rep told me they were backed up with orders and it would not be processed for a few days. With a little convincing, she printed the order and walked it over to someone for processing. A little while later I received an email with a copy of the order and a credit card receipt which showed overnight shipping. It was probably too late for them to send it out so I hope it went out today for Monday delivery.
