When you use agile messenger for AIM does Verizon charge you the amount for text messages? Or is it just free. Thanks

I dont have the phone yet. I really want it. But, after those bugs people found I dont know maybe I will just want until a software upate comes up and the phone is fixed. But I dont have the agile messenger yet. I dont know the difference from BETA and the other one. To install on your phone I think you connect it be usb cable. Sorry i couldn't help.

yes you want to use the alpha version for the Smartphones. reason being is that the beta is only for pocket pcs those are very different from smartphones like the Q because of the display properties and navigation gui'. use this and it will work'.

I downloaded it my desktop pc. Then used the usb to sync it up and bingo. That easy. I did have to restart my phone though for the program to fully install.

Download the Alpha - you can install it over USB or BlueTooth file transfer by sending the .cab to your phone, or you can use the .exe windows installer.

Is there a way for me to do this on a mac? Apparently my computer cant run a .exe or a .cab, what are these programs? It asks me what i want to open it with bc it can't find a default... Any help? Thank you...

anytime you see a pocketpc app with a .cab installer that means it runs on the device itself. Sometimes .exe's do in rare cases as well. In this case, grab the .cab, sync it over via bluetooth file transfer or USB and open it with file manager.

i am a mac user too but i was able to dl the .cab file and transfer it thru bluetooth and it will save it under my documents and install from there and it should work perfectly

just download the alpha version and run it, it will go thru some stuff then next time you plug in your Q it will install on the Q automatically. Works great.
