MS Mobile software glitch for Address book?
when someone calls me and i choose SAVE contact im abe to insert that particular # but when i go to add a diff for ex. home 2 or work i am not abe to input numbers even with Alt ot ALT it just tpes in letters... any clue n how to work that. i able to input diff nos. if i start as a NEW CONTACT but its so anoying not being able to do it while saving a no. when someone new calls please helped

I experienced the exact same bug yesterday. I had to exit the Contact program and go back in for the ALT to work properly.

Well, i spoke to the Motorola directly and it had to be forwarded to Level 3 support and they said its my Q not a bug. He tried it while he was on the phone with me and it worked perfectly fine for him. I am going to take it tomorrow and get a new one and if that doesnt solve it, i am planning on getting a Treo 700p, any advice?
