Why are pics assigned to contacts so small?

I set it up so when either of my kids calls their picture pops up...but it's so small. Why is this? Is there any way to adjust it?

I would love to see a registry hack to fix this, but otherwise there are some 3rd party apps that may be the answer - none appear yet to support the screen format of the Q yet.
