Sync with USB port

I had the sync through Active Sync and the USB port working. Then I set up Bluetooth after many tries and it is working. Now when I go back to syncing through the cable it will no longer connect. What went wrong with the cable sync?

Reply to my own question. I found a program called Sync Client on my Q and deleted it. Now both the cable and bluetooth syncs are working. I think this was left over from my abortive effort to get Wireless Sync working.

Considering switching over to the BT sync from cable.
Do you recommend? Is it slower?

Any tips on the BT sync set-up process?
