Motorola Q

Mobile 5.0 and Macs

Ok so ive been reading everyone else's possible solutions for syncing the motorola q and macs.......now whats confusing me is that I still have not found a way to open the install.exe and get it to run. i dont have bluetooth so I do not have the option of syncing it that way. Can someone please help me figure out how to sync???????? Also, so i have to install the software before I can create word documents on the q???? I cant seen to find office on my phone.

I've been thinking about getting the Q, but first I've been searching to see if it will sync with my Mac. Missing Sync by Markspace.com works with macs, but does not work with Mobile 5.0. They say it's coming soon, but nothing yet.
