Hard reset, Key tones

2 questions for you guys.

1) How do I do a hard reset (delete everything (data, programs, etc.) and restore to factory everything)? I have not tried it, but is this what the 'reset' program does? It seems like shutting down and restarting is similar to a soft reset on my old PPC

2) Key tones. My PPC used to make clicks when menus were selected. Not sure i'd want to turn it on anyways, but is this possible with the Q? I'm guessing WM5 Smartphone might not do this. When i go into sounds, the only key tones i can adjust are the numeric keys and the tones they make when dialing...

Thanks.
