How Long do I have to Return Q if I don't Like it?

I'm having all kinds of flaky issues in addition to useability issues I don't care for... Does anyone have experience with returning/closinga new account with Verizon in terms of how long I have as well as the hassle factor I'll encounter?

I had problems with my Q AFTER the 15 days. Go figure, huh? I'd really think about it (maybe even pray about it); cause once you're past the 15 days, you'll have to have 3 or 4 bad Q's before you can switch to another smartphone.
