Best secure "notes" app?

I am in need of a good app to store notes on my Q. Mostly, I want to store my internet passwords, frequent flier numbers, etc. - so I need an app that has good security (I don't keep the phone locked - so I'll definitely want an encrypted file that nobody can access if I should lose my phone)

I found 2 on-line so far:

Does anybody have any experience with either one? Does anybody know of any other apps out there which are better? Cost less?
I really don't care about any special features... as long as I have free form text and GOOD security - that's all that matters.

I am trialing eWallet right now. So far so good. I will probably end up purchasing the phone and desktop version.

Tell me about it....
Do you think it's better than "Smartphone notes"?

I got a response back from Smartphone notes that the data is encrypted (40 bit) on the phone, but that if you choose to sync with outlook - the note data will not be protected on the PC.

How does Code wallet work? (btw- did you mean "code wallet" or "e-wallet"?

Haven't used "Smartphone notes". So far I like e-wallet. Customer support/service has been great. Plan on purchasing at the end of the trial.
