I just checked other retailers and now see that the full retail is $249, and they claim the $199 is after a $50 rebate.
You can do better by just going to buy.com
They have it for $175 - no shipping, no tax. Great deal!

actually i bought mine for $169 (tax, s/h included). If you went directly to the sling box website they had a 50 instant rebate, I found out by checking out Slickdeals.net

Hold the "Alt" key and press * and it will toggle to full screen! (More like press "Alt" with your thumb and rock it up to *). Lots of tips in the Help file under Menu and About. (setting up and toggling favorite stations, etc.)
