Motorola Q
Anybody setup the Q for Audible.com?
I'm a long-time Audible.com member. My nice MP3 player recently broke (dropped) and I'm holding out for the Q (v710 replacement).
Audible.com says they haven't tested it - so they can't say if it works. But it does run WM5 - whihc they support on other devices. They even told me it would probably work because it is WM5, but so should the Bluetooth in a v710 ;)
Has naybody tried their to transfer Audible content to a Q?

BTW - for other V710 people - I was in the secodn group and jsut received my stuff today - so you can login to the website even if you havne't quite recevied it yet - www.verizonwireless.com/v710exchange

Anwering my own quesiton -
Got the Q today - downloaded the Audible program for SmartPhones. During install it asks which device and Motorola Q was listed as a choice. Looks like they are getting everything together for it. Site still doesn't list it though. Everything worked fine. Downlaoded AudibleManager plug-in for Smart phoens and that works fine. I cna do the over-the-air downloads ro via Audible Manager with no problem. Even plays back in the bluetooth headset!!

I have set it up as well....the only problem I have is when playing a book, the screen stays lit. It doesn't time out. I imagine this will be a real issue for bat life. Do you have this problem?

Now that you mention it, it really could be a battery life issue. I wonder if you click back to the home screen (book still plays, I did that) if the screen would time out. I'll test it tomorrow.
