Weatherbug Software
I purchased the Weatherbug weather software from Handango and just found out that the software is not compatible at this writing with WM5. Be aware that the weatherbug and other websites specifically indicate it will work with any WM smartphone. I am not trying to get a refund from Handango. I will post the results of that effort.
On a general note, buying software from these small companies with nothing but email support that generally takes days for a response is not very fulfilling. Its a buyer be ware market.

The intersting part is that the software works when plugged into the PC and then only sporaticaly when uplugged. I hope they get it fixed soon as it seems like a good piece of software for weather related information. Thanks for your thoughts....

There is a big difference between Windows Mobile 5 and Windows Mobile 5 Smartphone edition. Smartphones are watered down versions of Pocket PC's, i.e. Treo 700w (very robust)

He's referring to the desktop software that is named weatherbug also - it was known at one point to be a major spyware/adware culprit.
