🤠I dropped my Q on my concrete driveway and the screen shattered real badly.
Does any one know if the insurance will replace the phone or not since the phone still works? Or would I be better off just going to the Verizon store and order a new screen?

My wife dropped her razor and cracked the outside display. The phon still worked & the main screen was in tact... i called the insurance company and they sent a brand new one. I would just call them & make a claim. Good luck.
