Please Help -- Video File Format?

skeets123

I'm using CloneDVD to rip a DVD and move the video file to the SD card in my Q.
Which video file format should I be creating when I rip the dvd? I can't seem to get an .avi file to play with the windows media player on the Q (?)
thanks

Get TCPMP. (the core pocket medial player) It's freeware and it has played .avi files for me.

TCPMP all the way.
The bundled ms media player is ahhh ok.
TCPMP takes like 10 seconds to close and will appear to be crashing when you close the app, the screen fades to white and it seems like somethings wrong, its fine, give it about 10 seconds and your ok. All the video clips that stutter when played in media play, play smooth as butter in tcpmp.
