Anyone found Registry Editor for Q?

Anyone found a good regedit for the Q. Want to try some of the tweaks on freewebs.com/smartq but the recommended regedit and several I tried on handango won't run.

Well, I found Explorer 2005 from resco (resco.net) Installs ok and seems to work though I did not use it extensively. Trial version available. Don't see an option for backing up entire registry though.
