Pause or wait dialing
I cannot dial my home voice mail that requires a home telephone number and a password using either the "p" or the "w" and the Send button *green button). This seems to work on the Verizon mobile voice mail. Does anyone know what I am doing wroing?

I have several speed dial numbers that use pause, and they all work fine.
Just use the letters "p" in the number.
If you have any issues - delete the entire number and start again when entering it into speed dial.

Unfortunately, I have re-entered the numbers several times using both the "p" option and the "w" option. Neither works.

I am answering my own question. Under Phone settings the DTMF Tone Setting must be set to "Long."

Mine is set to "short" and works fine with both Verizon voicemail, as well as my work voicemail.
I'm guessing this must be a dependency of the voicemail system you are trying to access.
