Motorola Q
random bug
Sometimes when I am using my directional pad (mainly the up or down button) on my Q it will randomly select a contact from my contact list.
I am just scrolling up or down on my home screen and it will pop up the contacts list to a particular name.
Is this happening to anyone else?
I am going to try doing a master reset to see if it fixes the problem once I figure out how to save my contacts to miniSD. I just wanted to see if anyone else was having this problem.

I had that same problem with my first two phones. I brought it back to verizon each time and they replaced it.
I synced my contacts with outlook so I didnt loose them everytime. Im on my 5th Q, and its finally working perfectly.

My Q has a similar-ish problem. When I'm steadily scrolling up or down through a list, usually a long list, suddenly when I reach the end of the list I am teleported out of the application I was in, and I am sent to the homepage.
I can't imagine getting a new Q would fix that...unless they keep adding bug fixes in batches as they produce new Q's for sale.

The first few Q's I had were amongst the first shipment and I had problems with them ranging from buttons not working, freezing on the verizon wireless boot up screen and then flashing white, and the scrolling issue mentioned above.
My fifth Q is probably not part of that same production because when I went for an exchange VZ said they were waiting for a new shipment to come in so I had to wait.
With my new Q,I dont have any of the aforementioned problems.
