Deleting Text Messages

I have had my Q for almost 2 months and I love it but I have one problem:

I still have every single text message I have ever sent or received on it. Is there any way to have it automatically remove messages after a certain set period of time? Or do I just have to delete them 1 by 1 over and over again? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

While in messaging push the menu button and select folders than highlight inbox or outbox and select menu again than is should ask delete or delete all. I hope that is right it has been about a mounth since I returned it.

Unfortunately it takes quite a few steps to delete all your messages. I couldn't figure it out for the longest time so you are not alone. While in "messages" hit the menu key, then click on "folders", once you highlight a folder (ie. sent items) then hit the menu button again and it will give you the option to "clear text messages" which will mean only the ones in that particular folder or "delete all" which will mean all messages in, out, sent, etc. Hopefully this info helps.
