How long have you had the phone? If your having software issues just call verizon wireless customer service and troubleshoot the problems your having and if they are extensive they will connect you to the WDTS tech group and then do more trouble shooting if your still having issues then request a FRU exchange you get 2 a year ..... I'm an employee of verizon so dont go through your insurance until you've tried this first

the number to customer care is 800 922 0204 talk to the customer care rep and advise them you are having software problems with your Q and they will go over the basic steps then will transfer you to the WDTS groupnfor further troubeshooting. if they still cant resolve the issue remember to ask for a FRU exchange ..... but please try the motorola software upgrade before u call the issue may be resolved tat way.

Just a quick note, the software update is posted on Motorola's website. Perhaps if you do the update some of your software problems will be resolved.
