Blank screen! Won't turn on--have to remove battery!! HELP!
Hi! I just got the Q yesterday and had it sitting in my car this morning , it was fine. I went into a store , came back out and it was a blank screen. No matter what button I touched, it wouldn't come back on. I had to take out the battery and then put it back in.
Is this what people mean by saying that the Q FREEZES up?? I have this phone less than 24 hours and it's already showing signs of a problem? Any ideas? I just entered all of my contacts in last night and now I may have to exchange it? HELP!

Try d/l the newest software under the support at verizonwireless.com. take about 30-45 mins, that fixes that problem 9 times out of 10, if that dont work then you need a new phone.
