Motorola Q
Jammed Key
I've had my Q for about 2 months now and I barely use it for anything, just a regular phone. Last week, my center key (the one in the middle of the arrows navigating pad)got jammed and my phone is now randomly selecting calls and texts and programs unless i lock my phone.
I was wondering if anyone experienced the same problem and what you did/ or who you contacted about it...

Well, if you only had it for 2 months , you can just bring it to verizon tech and they will either fix it or exchange it. There is a 1 year warranty on it !

I had the same problem, and I took it in as Analyzer suggested to 2 different stores in my area. I was told at both that they do not do exchanges at the stores anymore! 👿
They gave me a number to call........needless to say, I did, and the lady was real helpful. She called Moto to see if they had heard of this problem, and they hadn't. It was almost as if the center button had become a "touch" button.
She sent out a new one, and I got it in a couple of days. It even had the new software. 😁
