CEOutlookTranslator ERROR
All of a sudden, I stopped receiving e-mail via the Outlook E-mail client on the phone (which I have synced to work with www.wirelesssync.vzw.com). The error on the sync website is:

Error occurred while getting Inbox records, records Processed = 17
COM Error 80004005.

I've tried everything including:
- removing and reinstalling the syncclient software on the phone (and also ensuring I deleted the SyncClient folder in "Program Files" before re-installing
- Deleting all mail in the account on both the phone and the server.
- Deleting my device from the account set-up in the Wireless sync set...

1st time: Tech told me to hard reset without even offering any other options like reinstalling the sync client.
2nd time: I ignored the first tech and did the sync client reinstall, but noticed there is a new version of sync client and a few set-up options I didn't recognize. Sync Client -> Settings -> "When to Connect":
- Initiate Connection
- Power-on
- Network Push
- SMS Push
I called simply to get a tech to verify my settings with regard to these 4 items, and the tech had NO idea what I was talking about. Their best explanation was that if I selected "Power-on" in the set-up my phone would "wake-up" from being powered-off to receive mail yeah-right! 🤣 They were totally dumbfounded w...
