Update and Pushmail- Help
Hi...Everyone here is so helpful! Can someone please respond and let me know if the "new" sfirmware update allows for "pushmail" like the BB. I love my Q and am being forced to relinquish it for my work because I need a "push " system to get my emails instantly. PLease give me some help here: I really want to keep my Q....and need to know if the new firmward will allow "push" mail.

It allows for push email through wireless sync if your computer has the right software or also through active sync if your company uses Microsoft Exchange Server 2003.

Thanks very much. Is the update process difficult? I've read some horror stories about experiences on here, I will do anything to keep my Q and NOT have to go to cingular to get push mail; if I can.

Just follow the instructions that Motorola gives you. It is easy as pie.
I also think there are step by step instructions in the forums of qusers.com. That is a VERY valuable resource for the Q.
