Side button question.

Does anyone know if the Fusic has those dumb buttons that LG was putting on their flip phones a while ago? It used to be that if you put an LG phone in your pocket the side buttons would switch it from silent to vibrate to lound and stuff with out you knowing.

Did they ever fix that mess?

it does have the side button but it will not change the ringer while the phone is closed
