Moto c290 is Locked from Sprint - How do I unlock them?

Our c290 came from Sprint locked. They are not unlocked by 0000 or 6285. Please advise.

i hope you got it by now, but...

1. last 4 digits of your social
2. last 4 digits of your phone #
3. call customer service or tech support

6285 is for business accts phones. it spells the abbreviation for national, NATL.
