Samsung SGH-D807 / D806

I just got this phone the other day to replace my broken SE W600i. I've had SE phones forever and am trying to find similar features in my new Samsung. I'd like my phone to alert me (or at least give me the option to) about events I've put into my calender/schedule. I can't seem to find an option on how to do this. Anyone?
