does this fone support full mp3's as ringtones

hi

I have the t629 and i cant set ringtones that are longer than 30 sec. i was wondering if this phone suports full mp3's as ringtones. I might change my phone to this one cuz they are identical, except for the form factor.

im buying one of these phones that says, "MP3 ringtone support" are you the current owners telling me that its not true?
