Listening to "My Music" thru the bluetooth headset

I was under the impression that "Stereo Bluetooth" meant you could listen to your music thru the bt headset but this does not appear to be working with my jabra bt150v. has anyone found a way to make it work or does is it just not meant to be?

No, That doesn't mean you can listen to the music thru your regular bluetooth headset. As the phone must be stereo bluetooth compatible, so must the headset. Moto has just released one, but I'm sure you can find one cheaper at any of these online stores people speak about on this forum.

How exactly do you get the Music to come through the headset. I'm using the Plantronics Pulsar™ 590A Bluetooth® Headset and can use the phone fine. The headset supports (A2DP). When I hit play, it simply comes through the phone's speaker. Any suggestions?

I manage a retail store, and I'm trying to help a customer who just purchased the motorola HT820, and we're trying to sync it with his new LG8300. It works for phone calls, and we hear the beeps when we move through the menu, but when we go to my music, it plays through the phone speakers. Are we missing anything? Can someone please respond who has had success using stereo bluetooth?
Thanks

Is the HT820 a stereo bluetooth headset?? if the headset isn't compatible it won't work. otherwise you may have a defect on your hands. Good luck determining if its the phone or the headset!

I posted this a few days ago but I guess it was overlooked.

However, weaving through the misinformation. The 8300 does have the A2DP and AVRC protocols required for stereo headphones. I have a pair of the Motorola HT820's and they work fine when listening to MP3's from the phone. It was as si...

However, weaving through the misinformation. The 8300 does have the A2DP and AVRC protocols required for stereo headphones. I have a pair of the Motorola HT820's and they work fine when listening to MP3's from the phone. It was as simple as pairing the headphones to the phone, all of the features of the headphones work...fast forward, rewind, skip, volume, etc. When a phone call comes in they pause the music so I can take the call then continutes to play once the call is over. I don't know about the Pulsar or Jabra headphones but the Motorola headphones work fine when using the MP3 player. However they don't work with V CAST music, the wma's downloaded for some reaosn but they work fine with MP3's.....thats what I got them for.
