LG VX-8300

8300 vs 6100

I have had the lg 6100 for almost 2 years
without any major problems.
My question is the 8300 a better phone
than the 6100. I do not care for the music..
video..etc.
My interest is reception and performace
making/recieving calls.

If reception and performance in making and receiving calls is your priority, I would strongly recommend the phone I have, which is the Motorola V325. I have never had a problem with RF. In fact, the reception and the sound people hear on the other end have been so good, I have never even had to pull out the antenna.

The 325 is a good phone, but cant touch the 8300 in call clarity

If you have been happy with the 6100 you will love the 8300, you can't go wrong buy it. Better RF better call clarity.

yeah the 6100 had some issues in my area, i actually had a lot of complaints about reception on this one and would recommend the 8300 over the 6100, or if you really want to stay basic you can go with th 5200 or waite a bit for the 5300.
