I looked up how much memory I have on my phone, and it told me that 15.04 MB is used by applications, but I didn't downloaded anything so what's using it up?

I have this same problem, I have no idea how to fix it. The only problem is that mine is using like 95% of the memory for applications and I don't have any downloaded. ☹️

I called verizon and they just said go to the store, so that's were I'm headed.
