Ringer trouble

I'm using yahoo to send the phone a ringer as an attachment and yahoo telling me it wont send, anyone know what i'm doing wrong?

Try this site. Someone on Howard Forums, I think, gave me the info. I used it to upload about 20 ringers the other day with no problems at all.
