Important 8300 question!!

on my vx8300, i accidently took of the blue part on the mouth piece. when it came off tho, it was kind of like a sticker. did i damage the phone or something? why was it there in the first place and what does it do? thx for ur help.

Oh, well. You haven't hurt your phone. All that blue part was was a sticker. No harm done. Your phone will still work perfectly.

on NO! you took off the blue sticker? That is the razor thin GPS "locasticker" which powers the GPS deep inside your phone. Removing it immediately de-activates the phones GPS system and cancels your service.
I was using VZ navigator once and right in the middle of it I scratched the sticker off and the GPS told me I was stupid and I needed to make a left turn into the next tree. what was I going to do? Ignore the GPS voice? So I did... 😲

Help , I am not sure if i opened the toilet paper package correctly ?

I tore it open and I am afraid that it wont wipe as well..

Should I chance using it ?

I guess it's worse if I dont 🙂

That is the flux capacitor. If it isn't left on the phone will shift to GSM mode and will not work properly. You should visit you dealer and get the sticker replaced with the original blue or the new yellow one.

I took mine off and the phone went into STEALTHMODE. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

I'm surprised at you people!

Don't you recognize the Omega 13?! Remove it and there is a 13 second delay on every phone conversation.

Or, at least, that's what some of us think.
