I would love some input on which is a better phone choice here...

I have the LG VX-7000 that finally gave way to my beatings after 2 years. My phone serves as both a professional and personal phone.

I must have a good speaker phone and excellent call quality. I like the slim and light RAZR, but have not heard great things...

As for the LG I have been very happy with the performance of my 7000 and expect the same from the 8300.

Please advise...

The 8300 is one of the best phones ever made. Get the 8300 and all your phone problems will wither away!

Don't do the RAZR!
I went from the LG 7000 to the RAZR and was never so disappointed in what a featureless, buggy phone it is.
I finally just de-activated it and got the 8300 and I feel re-born with all of the features it has.
LG just makes better and feature rich phones.
