Anybody have their phone just dial the last number again for no reason?

I have auto redial off.

But yet last night at a party my phone automatically called my husband's friend's phone 4 times when we were all sitting at the table talking. (his number was last dialed).

This morning it called him again at 7:20 AM when I was in a meeting and not even around my phone.

Strange but I can't keep calling my husband's good friend.

lol atleast you have your alibi laid out for when your husband reads the detailed bill. Good try! 👀 😲 😳

I've used it extensively for weeks and it's [accidentally done our dishes, adjusted our back 'n neck & made our beds a few times but] never dialed anyone on it's own. I'd take it back to a Verizon store, if possible, and trade it in for an unpossessed 8300 if possible.

It's that no good, evil-doer, George Bush, that's what it is. He's using your phone via an NSA wiretap to call Kim Jong-il in Pyongyang to talk about air-freighting some missiles over to Iran.

That you claim your phone is calling "my husband's good friend" raises serious questions about your husband. Do you really know who he is? Really?

The New York Times will be calling you in the morning...Prepare yourself.

P.S. At least we know more about the call quality of the LG VX 8300. Maybe George will post a review.

I have never had this happen with my 3200 or 8300, but a guy at work had it happen repeatly with his phone. I don't remember what phone he had, but he had Verizon. It started calling the last number dialed after he got it very close to a very strong magnet in a permanent magnet generator. Another guy had his company cell phone completely fail after getting it very close to one of these magnets. We were testing these generators and had them disassembled so the magnets were able to be touched. I don't know what the first guy did to resolve the problem.
